Software Engineer
Working across frontend and backend in a fast-moving startup. Solving technical problems alongside the team and turning evolving product needs into practical features.
My role
At Salesmonk, I worked on AI-assisted sales workflows: turning customer conversations into searchable knowledge, personalizing outreach, and giving teams visibility into client performance and API usage. The work combined product features with the integrations and controls needed to operate them.
Knowledge from customer conversations
I built a meeting knowledge pipeline connecting CircleBack, Cloudflare R2, and AutoRAG. Meeting transcripts were synchronized into storage, vectorized, and made available through a querying interface for retrieval and search.
This connected the information captured in meetings to a workflow where the team could find and use it.
Personalized outreach and client insights
I developed AI-powered email sequences that used lead-specific insights to personalize messages across hundreds of campaigns.
Alongside that, I built an internal client dashboard bringing together monthly costs and performance measures such as meetings booked, response rates, and deal conversions. It gave teams a shared view of how their campaigns were performing.
Usage visibility and controls
I implemented real-time credit tracking, pre-flight usage checks, and alerts at 50%, 75%, and credit exhaustion. These controls helped clients understand their API consumption and costs before usage became a surprise.
Across these features, my focus was practical problem-solving: breaking down the difficult parts, connecting the pieces, and making the result useful to the people working with it.
